Founder of SolFul Living | Podcast Host | Strategist | Meditation Teacher

Amanda Soler is the founder of SolFul Living, a transformative platform dedicated to helping people cultivate lives of meaning, joy, and purpose. As the creator and host of the SolFul Connections podcast, Amanda sparks authentic conversations that inspire, uplift, and deepen our connection to ourselves and each other.

As a SolFul Living Strategist, Amanda, a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) who holds a Certificate in Health Coaching, blends her certification in Chopra Primordial Sound Meditation with three decades of business leadership, to guide people toward more intentional and fulfilling lives.

Drawing from her background as a magazine editor, corporate scriptwriter, and expert in public relations and social media, Amanda weaves soulful insight with practical tools. Her own lived experiences—navigating challenges, healing, and self-discovery—inform the heart-centered way she teaches, leads, and listens.

A sought-after speaker, Amanda recently delivered the keynote at the Girls Empowered anniversary event and has been featured in Doylestown Living and Doylestown Magazine. She’s appeared on Entrepreneur’s Enigma, Outlier’s Edge, and The Beach Speaks podcasts and has served as an emcee and guest lecturer.

Previously, Amanda spent over 30 years championing small business owners through her work with a large Chamber of Commerce, where she served as COO and Editor of its award-winning magazine. She also contributed to The Liv Project, co-developing creative tools for youth suicide prevention.

A passionate community leader, Amanda fosters connection through workshops, gatherings, and storytelling. She serves on the Bucks County Music Advisory Board and the Board of Directors for Immigrant Rights Action.

Today, Amanda is on a mission to elevate the collective conversation—to help people uncover the meaning within their own stories, and to understand how those stories fit into the universal human experience.
