For me, travel is both a homecoming and a departure. It’s a way to return to myself even as I venture somewhere new. Each trip feels like a love letter to life itself: the scent of unfamiliar air, the laughter of strangers, the hush of sunrise over water. It’s in these moments that I feel most alive, most awake. Through SolFul Travel and my partnership with FORA, I help others craft their own sacred escapes — not just vacations, but meaningful experiences that feed the soul and rekindle wonder.

What does meditation have to do with Living a “SolFul” Life? A lot! Taking time to connect with yourself, your dreams, your beliefs, and the power of possibility that lives in the far corners of your consciousness is a vital part of your fulfillment. The list of meditation’s benefits is endless: better sleep, regulated blood pressure and glucose levels, less anxiety, more serenity. But there are also benefits that aren’t discussed quite as much, like accessing your power; harnessing your desires, dreams, and expectations; and living joyfully despite the chaos and challenges brought on by being a human in the world.
